Where does DOGDAYZ APPAREL ship?

DOGDAYZ APPAREL currently ships within the continental United States which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. All P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx SmartPost.

When will my order ship?

DOGDAYZ APPAREL shipping time includes processing and transit time. Any orders placed during business hours prior to noon Central Time will begin processing that day.

Please Note: Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Federal holidays within the United States, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas, and New Years Day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. FedEx or USPS tracking information will be provided for all standard shipments.

What if I didn’t receive my order?

On occasion, we will have a package returned to us as undeliverable. In such circumstances, the following applies:

  • We will attempt to notify you via email or phone of the delivery failure and make an attempt to ship a replacement.
  • If we are unable to reach you, your order will be refunded in full. In order for us to better assist you, please notify us immediately if you feel an order may have been deemed undeliverable.
  • If your item is stolen or damaged, please contact DOGDAYZ APPAREL customer service team and we will file a claim with FedEx or USPS and make an immediate replacement.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on merchandise for up to 30 days from date of receipt. Returned items must be unworn with original tags attached and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return your purchase, please contact DOGDAYZ APPAREL at orders@dogdayzapparel.com and we’ll issue you a return label. You may also ship returned items using a trackable shipping method of your choice and at your expense.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different product, the most efficient way is to make an exchange is to place a new order on our website and contact DOGDAYZ APPAREL to arrange the shipment of the original items back to us for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: The shipping days listed above are only estimates in business/working days. While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, DOGDAYZ APPAREL cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
